  • Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: We also offer exchanges on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service team to request an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back and ship the replacement to you.
  • Shipping Fees for Exchanges: all shipping cost will be covered in exchange.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
